ITU announces Young Innovators Competition 2013 The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) announces the Young Innovators Competition 2013. Finalists of the competition will have the opportunity to participate and present their ideas at the international event, ITU Telecom World 2013, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 19 to 22 November 2013.
