Competition for innovations in the field of biology and biotechnology

The Technology Commercialization Office (TCO) of Ilia State University announces a competition to select successful inventions with high commercialization potential in the fields of biology and biotechnology.

The winning inventions will be provided with:

▶Filling out a patent application and covering patenting costs;

▶Promoting further commercialization, which includes:

➊ Marketing of the invention;

➋ Finding a company in Georgia and the USA that would be interested in manufacturing the invention and obtaining a license;

➌ Signing a license agreement between the aforementioned company, the inventors, and TCO.

The deadline for submitting documents is September 30, 2015, 8:00 PM.
