The Scientific Council of the Vladimir Chavchanidze Institute of Cybernetics announces an open competition for the following scientific position:
Department of Biocybernetic Systems: Senior Research Fellow – 1 full-time position

II. Competition Conditions
Basic Requirements:
The position of Senior Research Fellow may be held by a person with a Doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification.
The selected candidate will serve a 5-year term.
Required Documents:
Applicants must submit, personally or via a representative:
a) Application and form, duly completed and signed, with supporting documents (diplomas, certificates, attestations, references, etc., originals and copies) – forms available on https://cybernetics.ge/
b) Document proving academic/scientific degree (original and copy)
c) Evidence of scientific/research experience (certified by the relevant organization/institution)
d) List of scientific and teaching-methodological works, certified by the relevant institution or competent person in the structural unit (if available)
e) Identity document (original and copy)
f) Two photographs (3×4 cm)
g) Criminal record certificate regarding sexual offenses and deprivation of rights
Note: Applicants who have already submitted these certificates to the University’s Human Resources Department are exempt.
III. Competition Procedure

The Rules for Recruitment of Scientific Personnel at the Vladimir Chavchanidze Institute of Cybernetics
The competition committee will consider:
The candidate’s qualifications and competency in relation to the position
Scientific research, practical, and other relevant activities
Achievements, experience, and merits
Results of the interview(s) conducted with the candidate(s), at the discretion of the committee
Appeals regarding the results may be filed in court, according to the applicable legislation.
