The aim of the programme

Instruction of specialists to carry out the tasks of managing the activities of industrial, service, and design enterprises, which include:

1. the development of organisational policies concerning operational activities;
2. systematisation of resources and planning, organisation, and control of their rational use;
3. encouragement of the performers to meet the organisation’s strategic goals and guarantee their coordinated collaboration;
4. Involvement in the creation and execution of projects for new product/service development and technical rearmament.
