Engineering Physics

The goal of the program is to prepare a master’s degree in the fields of physical-technical expertise, microelectronics and optoelectronics, and nanotechnology, who will be able to independently use the methods of physical-technical expertise at a modern level, develop and research electronic devices, obtain new materials (including nanomaterials), study their properties and to determine the areas of use.
