Hotel Service Management

The goal of the program is for the graduate to theoretically know and practically be able to conduct hotel operational management, which means: management of departments and services in hotel business enterprises (hotels, guesthouses, hostels, motels and other accommodation facilities); service quality control; drawing up a strategic plan and its implementation. They will also be able to identify the problems in the operational management of the hotel and solve them.
