The purpose of the master’s degree program – Food Safety is to teach the student about modern approaches/principles of food safety, modern systems of food safety and quality management – the necessary measures to implement modern management systems “from field to table” and to maintain its sustainability, food hazards and scientific and legal standards of hygiene. Basics, risk analysis, food safety policy, obligations defined by international agreements of Georgia in the field of food safety and prepare a highly qualified and competitive Master of Food Safety with systematic and in-depth knowledge.
