The aim of the programme – Using knowledge gained from clinical practice and research, train professional veterinary doctors with a broad profile in the fields of animal health, public health, and food production who will be able to implement the competencies obtained within the programme in the following missions: to provide care, treatment, and protection of animals’ rights; to ensure the prevention of disease spread in the animal population; To protect public health, particularly by maintaining food safety and sanitary quality, as well as recognising animal-related concerns. contribute to preserving a healthy environment; to create scientific research and educational activities; to encourage the development of translational and comparative medicine, taking into consideration the concepts of “one healthcare”; To promote the harmonious growth of the “human-animal” interface in society.
