Lublin University of Technology (LUT ) (Lublin, Poland) announces a competition for the spring semester of the 2025-26 academic year within the framework of the ERASMUS+ exchange program.

Selection procedure:

For administrative employees

Deadline for receipt of documents: 21.03.26

Foreign language testing deadline: 25.03.26

Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 27.03.26

Detailed information regarding mobility at the Lublin University of Technology, including the application form and mobility agreement to be submitted by the nominated candidate to the host university, can be found  here .

The inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities stipulates the mobility of 1 administrative employee from the Georgian Technical University to the Lublin University of Technology. According to the coordinator’s recommendation, the mobility should be carried out on June 15-19, 2026, within the framework of the XX International Employee Week. The theme of the XX International Week planned at the Lublin University of Technology is Innovation and Artificial Intelligence.
