Biography
Born on October 16, 1963 in Tbilisi.
Academician, professor, engineer-hydrotechnician, Honored Builder of Georgia, Rector of the Georgian Technical University.
Professional experience includes operational analysis and monitoring of installed capacities (hydropower, hydro-melioration hydropower stations and thermal power plants) both in Georgia and abroad, as well as participation in the construction and reconstruction of various energy, civil and industrial facilities.
