ERASMUS+ Exchange Program at the University of Bern – 2nd Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year (Call for Staff Applications Announced for the Second Time)

Algebra Bernays University (Algebra Bernays University) (Zagreb, Croatia) announces, for the second time, a call for applications within the ERASMUS+ exchange program for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.

Selection Procedure:

For Academic/Administrative Staff

Application submission deadline: 18.12.2025

Foreign language test deadline: 19.12.2025

Interview with the selection committee deadline: 22.12.2025

According to the inter-institutional agreement between universities, 1 academic or administrative staff member from Georgian partner universities is eligible for mobility to Algebra Bernays University. The selected candidate is expected to participate in the staff International Week 2026, scheduled for March 16–20, 2026 – “Interdisciplinarity by Design: Building the Future University”.

Within the framework of the week, the “Thursday Abroad” event will address topics such as project financing (by the European Union), exchange programs and other academic opportunities for successful students, networking with international colleagues to strengthen existing collaborations and establish new partnerships, and the implementation of new collaborative projects.
