Application submission deadline at GTU’s Department of International Relations: 05.02.26

Foreign language testing deadline: 10.02.26

Interview with the selection committee deadline: 12.02.26

Deadline for uploading application documents to Carlo Bo University of Urbino: 27.02.26

According to the inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities, mobility is defined for 4 academic staff members from Georgian Technical University to Carlo Bo University of Urbino. Nominated staff must register online and upload the required application documents on the host university’s online platform by February 27, 2026.

Detailed information about the required documents and online registration by the project coordinator will be published no later than February 5, 2026.
