Lublin University of Technology (Lublin University of Technology – LUT) (Lublin, Poland) announces a call within the ERASMUS+ Exchange Program for the 2nd semester of the 2025-26 academic year.

Selection procedure:

For administrative staff

Application submission deadline: 21.03.26

Deadline for foreign language testing: 25.03.26

Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 27.03.26

According to the inter-institutional agreement between the universities, 1 administrative staff member from Georgian Technical University is eligible for mobility at Lublin University of Technology. Based on the coordinator’s recommendation, the mobility is scheduled for 15-19 June 2026, within the framework of the XX International Week for staff. The theme of the XX International Week at Lublin University of Technology will focus on innovations and artificial intelligence.
