Scope of employment and opportunities: The graduate can work for any company that owns or manages high-voltage transmission lines and substations. They can also operate systems for transmitting electricity from the point of production to the distribution system and distribution systems, which are made up of poles, power lines, metres and cables that deliver production electricity to the final user from the site or transmission system.
