Georgian Technical University Museum Of Mineral Deposits
The museum houses nearly all of Georgia’s mineral deposits and ore occurrences, carefully categorized and geologically systematized for educational and research purposes. It consists of two halls: the first hall features reference specimens of rocks, ores, and minerals characteristic of magmatic, pegmatitic, greisen, skarn, and hydrothermal processes from Georgia and various countries around the world. The second hall displays detailed models of the Madneuli quarry and the Zopkhito antimony deposit.
