Institute of Constructions, Special Systems and Engineering Maintenance of Georgian Technical University

Under contracts with the companies “Kometa”, “Energia”, “Daimler-Benz Aerospace”, “GPI”, “Alenia Spazio”, “EOS Data Analytics”, and the European Space Agency (ESA), large deployable space structures with sizes of 3, 12, 15, 20, and 30 meters were developed.

Three of these structures were launched into orbit, including the first Georgian space object. All of the structures are protected by patents, including two U.S. patents and two European patents.
