According to the decision of the Council of the Faculty of Engineering Economics, Media Technologies, and Social Sciences of the Georgian Technical University (hereinafter – GTU) dated May 6, 2025 (document details: #2; 06.05.2025), the elections for the Head of the Quality Assurance Service of the same faculty at GTU are scheduled for May 28, 2025.

The presentation of candidates’ action plans will take place at the Council of the Faculty of Engineering Economics, Media Technologies, and Social Sciences on May 27, 2025.

Registration of candidates for the elections will begin on May 14, 2025, and will continue until May 21, 2025.

Participation in the elections for the position of Head of the Quality Assurance Service of the Faculty of Engineering Economics, Media Technologies, and Social Sciences at GTU is open to a person who has a contractual relationship with GTU, carries out scientific-pedagogical activities at the faculty, holds a doctoral or equivalent academic degree, and has at least 5 years of scientific-pedagogical work experience.

Candidates must submit the following documents to the Electoral Commission of the Faculty of Engineering Economics, Media Technologies, and Social Sciences:

a) Original and copy of the document certifying a doctoral or equivalent academic degree;

b) Document certifying experience in scientific-pedagogical work;

c) Curriculum Vitae (CV);

d) Original and copy of an identity document;

e) Action plan.

Documents will be accepted at Georgian Technical University, Building #6, Kostava St. #77, 8th floor, Room #815a. Submission of documents will take place on working days (Monday–Friday) from 10:00 to 17:00 (break 13:00–14:00).
