Details:

On May 15 at 01:00 p.m., the Library of the Administrative Building of the Georgian Technical University will host a workshop dedicated to the development and writing of project proposals within the framework of the Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ programs. The main objective of the event is to support participants in transforming their ideas into structured, well-organized, and competitive project applications.

During the workshop, participants will gain insight into the fundamental logic of EU project writing.

The session will cover key aspects such as developing a fundable idea, identifying the core problem, clearly defining target groups, and formulating precise objectives. Particular attention will be given to activity planning, as well as defining expected results and the long-term impact of the project.

In addition to theoretical knowledge, the workshop will include a strong practical component. Participants will explore application forms in detail and learn the basic principles of project budgeting.

Furthermore, speakers will highlight common mistakes made during proposal writing, helping participants avoid them in future applications.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a preliminary outline of a project idea and a clearer understanding of how to develop it into a comprehensive application.

To attend, pre-registration is required via a special form.

Please complete the registration form.
