Instruction of International Mobility
Since 2015, the Georgian Technical University has been implementing exchange programs funded by the European Commission within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 1 (Individual Learning Mobility) — International Credit Mobility (ICM).
The call for applications for participation in the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Programme is announced in two stages:
For international mobility planned in the spring semester, the competition is held in November, while for mobility planned in the autumn semester, it is held in April.
The deadlines for submitting application documents are as follows: for mobility planned in the spring semester — October 31 for students and November 5 for staff; for mobility planned in the autumn semester — March 31 for students and April 5 for staff.
Note: Application deadlines may be subject to change depending on the requirements of the coordinating university. Detailed information regarding the competition conditions, available mobility types, and deadlines will be published periodically on the official website of Georgian Technical University.
Only complete and properly submitted application forms will be considered. Otherwise, the applicant will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
Applications will not be reviewed before the submission deadline, and applicants will not be notified during this period. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Within one academic semester, an applicant may apply to a maximum of two coordinating universities under the announced call. The nomination will be sent only to one coordinating university, which the applicant selects as their priority either during the interview with the selection committee or through written notification. Once nominated to the selected university, the applicant’s candidacy/application will no longer be considered for nomination to another university within the same call for that academic semester.
