ERASMUS+ BIP for STAFF program for employees at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași – “Sustainable Materials and Techniques in the Restoration of Heritage Monuments”

In April–May 2026, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași (Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iaşi – TUIASI) (Iași, Romania) is organizing an ERASMUS+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) for staff titled “Sustainable Materials and Techniques in the Restoration of Heritage Monuments”.

Within the ERASMUS+ BIP program, a special session is planned for ERASMUS+ coordinators from partner universities of the project. The session will focus on developing intercultural skills of ERASMUS+ coordinators, international networking, and sharing relevant best practices to improve administrative methods in Erasmus activities (Erasmus actions), in the field of construction.

The online meeting (virtual component of the program) will be held on April 24, 2026, on the MS Teams platform, while in-person meetings will take place on May 18–22. The project provides only partial funding for travel.

For Erasmus+ international mobility at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, the project coordinator has defined mobility for 1 administrative staff member from the International Relations Department of GTU, whose activities are directly related to the preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ mobility projects at the university, as well as related reporting.
