Erasmus+ exchange program at Kütahya Dumlupınar University – Second semester of the 2025–26 academic year (for staff)

Kutahya Dumlupınar University ( Kutahya, Turkey) announces a competition for the spring semester of the 2025-26 academic year within the framework of the ERASMUS+ exchange program.

Selection procedure:

For administrative employees

Deadline for receipt of documents: 20.04.26

Foreign language testing deadline: 24.04.26

Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 28.04.26

The inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities stipulates the mobility of 4 administrative staff from the Georgian Technical University to Dumlupinar University in Kutahya. The staff selected by the coordinator will participate in the Staff Week “Collaborative Digital Futures: EU-Funded Projects in Higher Education”, which will be held on June 1-5, 2026. The participants of the week will be required to present their practical experience in the implementation of EU-funded projects, showing relevant examples.
