Vocational qualification awarded: Basic Vocational Qualification in Electricity

Program Objective: The objective of the vocational education program is to prepare a competitive workforce for both local and international labor markets.

Program Volume and Duration:

For Georgian-speaking students:

  • Volume: 66 credits
  • Duration: 45 weeks

For non-Georgian-speaking students:

  • Volume: 81 credits
  • Duration: 55 weeks

Admission prerequisite: Full basic general education

Employment Opportunities: An electrician may be employed in any organization responsible for electrical equipment maintenance, including positions such as installation electrician, building electrician, distribution network electrician, electromechanic, street lighting and electrical signaling technician, and electrician at power generation facilities.
