GTU Rector Congratulates Women’s Scientific Academic Community and Students on the March Holidays
The Rector of the Georgian Technical University, Academician David Gurgenidze, congratulates the women’s scientific and academic community and university students on the March holidays, and wishes them success in their pedagogical and research activities, as well as in their personal lives.
“On behalf of the Georgian Technical University administration I congratulate a significant part of the university’s academic and scientific community on Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day – female scientists, engineers, teachers, young researchers, who serve Georgian education, science, engineering, and the upbringing of future generations with great love and dedication.
Women play a major role in shaping the past, present, and future of Georgia. You have always been a driving force in all areas! Your dedication and commitment to your work inspire generations and strengthen the nation, the Georgian state. Your professionalism, versatile talent, spiritual strength, and perseverance are the foundation for the formation of successful families and a strong, developed society.
I extend my deepest respect to our women scientists, who work tirelessly to generate new ideas and advance engineering fields. Their achievements play a vital role in integrating our university into the international scientific and educational community. For young researchers and female students, they serve as inspiring examples of how a woman scientist or educator can use her knowledge and talent to contribute to the country’s development.
I congratulate our female students on the March holidays, who, together with males, are the future of Georgian education and science! Your motivation, talent, and desire for innovation create strong guarantees for the sustainable development of Georgia, the formation of a better world, because women, with their indomitable spirit, always support progress and development.
I wish health and personal success to all women: on the one hand, mothers, daughters, sisters, and on the other, scientists, teachers, and leaders, whose achievements strengthen our university and our country. We thank you for your tireless work, courage, and love, with which you serve education, science, your families, and our society every day”, is stated in the congratulatory message of the Rector, Academician David Gurgenidze.
