The aim of the programme – To prepare specialists in the fields of viticulture and oenology who will have the chance to work and further their careers in the grape-growing and wine-producing industries based on the experience they gain from participating in the agro-technological measures of the vineyard, technological and physical-chemical processes in the enterprise, and participating in their management. To teach the fundamental principles and elements of viticulture and oenology, as well as various methods of grape wine production, factors influencing viticulture production, wine quality, composition, grape growing rules, economic aspects of production, industry regulation tasks, and established viticulture and oenology requirements. To provide practical experience for working in the enterprise’s laboratory.
to give knowledge of global wine tourism market trends, planning, development, and promotion of travel packages, including the “wine route,” while considering global trends; to teach methods of international wine quality and sensory evaluation of wine and beverages and systems put into practice. To train a master of viticulture and winemaking with theoretical and practical abilities that meet industry standards worldwide. This person will be competitive in the job market and will be able to oversee the whole wine production process, from vineyard cultivation to the finished product.
