Erasmus+ Exchange Program at the Silesian University of Technology – 2nd semester of the 2025-26 academic year (International Week for employees)

Silesian University of Technology (SUT) (Gliwice, Poland) is announcing a call for applications for the spring semester of the 2025-26 academic year within the framework of the ERASMUS+ exchange program.

Selection procedure:

For academic/administrative staff

Deadline for receipt of documents: 06.05.26

Foreign language testing deadline: 11.05.26

Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 13.05.26

The inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities stipulates the mobility of 1 academic or administrative staff member from the partner universities of Georgia to the Silesian University of Technology. Upon the recommendation of the coordinator, the nominated applicant must participate in the ERASMUS+ Staff Week “Green and Circular University Campus – From Vision to Implementation” scheduled for June 15-19, 2026. The event program, mainly prepared by the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering, includes academic sessions, practical activities and networking opportunities.
