Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Tusheti University – 2nd Semester of the 2025-26 Academic Year (International Week for Employees)
The University of Tuscia (Viterbo, Italy) is announcing a call for applications for the ERASMUS+ exchange program for the spring semester of the 2025-26 academic year.
Selection procedure:
For administrative staff
Deadline for receiving documents at the Department of International Relations of GTU: 20.04.26
Foreign language testing deadline: 21.04.26
Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 22.04.26
The inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities stipulates the mobility of 4 administrative staff from the Georgian Technical University to Tush University. At the request of the coordinating university, the selected applicant must carry out the mobility and participate in the VI I International Staff Week scheduled for June 8-12 of this year . The participation fee for the event is 120 euros. The administrative staff (from the faculties of engineering) must make a presentation on the current double degree programs at their faculty (if such exist) and/or discuss the possibilities of implementing similar programs at the faculty with colleagues participating in the week.
Those wishing to participate in the competition must simultaneously complete the online application procedure by April 24, 2026, for which it is also necessary to prepare and upload the following documents:
- Credit Form
- Staff Training Agreement
- Grant Agreement
- Italian Tax Code Application Form (if the applicant already has the so-called Italian Tax Code, he/she can upload this document)
- Instructions for filling out the Italian Tax Code Application Form
