2026 წლის 5 და 6 იანვარი უქმე დღედ გამოცხადდა
საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებით, 2026 წლის 5 და 6 იანვარი უქმე დღედ გამოცხადდა. შესაბამისი დადგენილება 23 დეკემბერს გამოქვეყნდა.
როგორც დოკუმენტში წერია, დადგენილება არ ვრცელდება საქართველოს ეროვნული ბანკის ზედამხედველობას დაქვემდებარებული პირების წინაშე შესასრულებელ ფინანსურ ვალდებულებებზე და „სახელმწიფო შესყიდვების შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონით გათვალისწინებულ სახელმწიფო შესყიდვებთან დაკავშირებულ საქმიანობაზე. შესაბამისად, ისინი ამ დღეებში არ ისვენებენ.
ამავე განკარგულების თანახმად, საჯარო უწყებები თავად გადაწყვეტენ თუ რა ფუნქციების შესრულების აუცილებლობისთვის განსაზღვრონ რა სახით გაავრცელონ აღნიშნული განკარგულება მათ საქმიანობაზე.
“ადმინისტრაციული ორგანო განსაზღვრავს მის დაქვემდებარებაში მყოფ/მის სისტემაში შემავალ სამსახურებს/მოსამსახურეებს, რომელთა მიმართაც არ გავრცელდება ეს დადგენილება, თუ მათი ფუნქციების შესრულება სახელმწიფო ხელისუფლების განხორციელებისა და საზოგადოების ნორმალური ფუნქციონირებისთვის წარმოადგენს გადაუდებელ აუცილებლობას” – ნათქვამია დადგენილებაში.
