Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Sapienza University of Rome – 1st Semester of the 2026-27 Academic Year (International Week for Staff)

Sapienza University of Rome (Rome, Italy) announces a call for applications for the fall semester of the 2026-27 academic year within the framework of the ERASMUS+ exchange program.

Selection procedure: 

For administrative employees

Deadline for receipt of documents: 25.05.2026

Foreign language testing deadline: 27.05.2026

Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 29.05.2026

The inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities stipulates the mobility of 1 administrative employee from the Georgian Technical University to the Sapienza University of Rome. The selected employee must participate in the International Week planned by the Sapienza University of Rome on October 12-16, 2026. The candidate is required to have experience working on Erasmus+ and other EU mobility programs and institutional development projects, accreditation issues, and a high level of English language proficiency.
