The ERIC-GE Project Announces a Vacancy for an External Evaluator Position
The project “Enhancing Research and Innovation Capacities in Georgian Higher Education Institutions – ERIC-GE,” funded under the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, announces a competition for the selection of an independent external evaluator.
The external evaluator will be responsible for independently assessing the progress of project implementation, its results, quality, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. The evaluation will be conducted in accordance with the OECD DAC criteria and the objectives, indicators, results, and milestones defined in the project’s Grant Agreement.
The candidate should have relevant professional experience in project or programme evaluation, experience working in the fields of higher education, research and innovation, institutional development, or EU-funded projects, as well as a high level of proficiency in preparing reports in English.
