Biography

Levan Itriashvili is a Chief Research Fellow in the Department of Seas and Reservoirs of the GTU Tsotne Mirtskhulava Water Management Institute. He graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry and Food Industry of the Georgian Polytechnic Institute and has held the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences since 1974. He has worked at the institute since 1966 and headed a laboratory in 1982–2006. His research covers the physico-chemical mechanics of disperse materials, soil reclamation and soil science; he is the author of two patents. He is a member of the GTU Representative Council.
