Biography

Vasil Ghlighvashvili has been a professor at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Biosystems Engineering of Georgian Technical University since 2016 and is a member of the GTU Academic Council. He is a zoo-engineer by training and a Doctor of Agricultural Sciences. His research interests are animal breeding and selection, production and processing of livestock products, animal behaviour and welfare, as well as agro-, eco- and ethno-tourism.
