Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Vytautas Magnus University – 2026–27 Academic Year (for Staff)

Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) (Kaunas, Lithuania) announces a call for applications for the 2026–27 academic year under the Erasmus+ exchange program.

Selection procedure:

For academic/administrative staff

Deadline for receipt of documents: 23.10.26

Foreign language testing deadline: 27.10.26

Deadline for interview with the selection committee: 30.10.26

The inter-institutional agreement signed between the universities stipulates the mobility of 1 academic or administrative employee from the Georgian Technical University to Vytautas Magnus University. Preference will be given to academic staff. Academic mobility cannot be implemented during the period – 01.12.26 – 01.02.27, when lectures are not held at the receiving university.

Upon the recommendation of the project coordinator, it is desirable for the selected candidate to participate in the International Education and Training Week for employees planned by Vytautas Magnus University in April/May 2027. Detailed information about the event will be announced in early December of this year.
