Biography

Ana Chutkerashvili is a chief researcher at the Archil Eliashvili Institute of Control Systems and holds the degree of Academic Doctor. She works in computational linguistics: computer modelling of the Georgian language, lexical functions, syntactic annotation, controlled natural languages and machine translation. She took part in the projects “Thesaurus of the Georgian Language” (2009–2011), “Full Annotation System for the Georgian Language Corpus” (2013–2016), “Controlled Georgian Language” (2020–2023) and “Compiler of the Georgian-English Grammatical Dictionary” (2022–2025). Since 2009 she has been a member of the organising committee of the Tbilisi International Symposium on Language, Logic and Computation.
