“Strengthening international scientific cooperation is particularly important for the Georgian Technical University, especially in areas that determine the development of modern engineering, advanced technologies and innovations. Close relations with the Asian Academy of Sciences create new opportunities for sharing scientific knowledge and experience, deepening professional ties between researchers and establishing joint research initiatives. It is especially interesting for us to identify areas of cooperation where engineering sciences and modern technologies unite and create the basis for obtaining new knowledge, innovative approaches and practical scientific results. It is important for us that the President of the Asian Academy of Sciences visited the Georgian Technical University for the first time. Today’s meeting was of an introductory nature and gave us the opportunity to identify each other’s scientific and academic potential, research priorities and technological capabilities, and discuss the prospects for future cooperation. I believe that such meetings create a solid foundation for a long-term, result-oriented international partnership, which will be reflected in the future. “In specific joint research projects, technological initiatives and the development of innovative solutions.”
