ბოლო სატელეფონო საუბარი ჟიული შარტავასთან — იხსენებს პროფესორი ჯემალ გაბელია
დღეს საქართველოს ეროვნული გმირი ჟიული შარტავა 81 წლის გახდებოდა. ამ თარიღთან დაკავშირებით საქართველოს ტექნიკური უნივერსიტეტის სამართლისა და საერთაშორისო ფაკულტეტის დეკანის მოადგილე, პროფესორი ჯემალ გაბელია იხსენებს ჟიული შარტავასთან გამართულ ბოლო, მნიშვნელოვან სატელეფონო საუბარს.
1993 წლის 18 სექტემბერს, დღის 12:00 საათზე გალის რაიონის კრიმინალური პოლიციის მაშინდელ უფროსს ჯემალ გაბელიას აფხაზეთის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის მინისტრთა საბჭოსა და თავდაცვის საბჭოს მაშინდელმა თავმჯდომარემ, გენერალ-მაიორმა ჟიული შარტავამ დაურეკა.
