Rector of the Georgian Technical University expresses condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased Honored Engineer Anna Giorgishvili
The Rector of the Georgian Technical University, Academician David Gurgenidze, on behalf of the university community, expresses his condolences to the family, the Institute of Hydrometeorology, the friends and educators, on the passing of Anna Giorgishvili, a distinguished engineer and researcher, recipient of the Order of Honor and the Gold Medal of the Georgian Technical University.
“On behalf of the Georgian Technical University, we express our deep sorrow on the death of one of the outstanding employees of the Institute of Hydrometeorology, the leading engineer Anna Giorgishvili.
Mrs. Ana held a worthy place in the engineering and scientific circles of Georgia. She was an outstanding professional who, through many years of fruitful activity, made a significant contribution to the development of Georgian science and engineering.
The death of Ana Giorgishvili is a great loss for both the Institute of Hydrometeorology, the Georgian Technical University, and the engineering community of the country.”
