Students from the Faculty of Business Technologies at the GTU met with representatives from TBC Concept
Organized by the Career Development Service, the meeting between students from the GTU Faculty of Business Technologies and representatives of TBC Concept took place at Georgian Technical University; the initiative aimed to strengthen cooperation between students and employers and introduce new employment opportunities for young people.
The meeting aimed to acquaint students with career prospects in the banking and financial sector, facilitate direct communication with potential employers, and provide information on professional development opportunities.
During the meeting, representatives from TBC Concept provided students with detailed information regarding the organization’s activities, the specifics of the work, the corporate environment, and employment opportunities. Particular attention was paid to career advancement possibilities within the organization, the importance of professional skills and competencies, and the requirements that the modern labor market places on prospective employees.

Participants could learn about career opportunities directly from the employer, specify their areas of interest, and learn about the conditions offered to job seekers. Interested students were encouraged to register using the QR code and provide their personal information to participate in the hiring process.

She thanked the guests for visiting Georgian Technical University and for sharing their personal experiences and their organizatio’s activities with the students. The Dean also highlighted the students’ keen interest and the importance of such meetings, which allows young people to gain insight into the professional environment and define their own career plans. She expressed special gratitude to the University’s Career Development Service, which regularly organizes meetings for students with representatives from various organizations and potential employers.
Over the past two weeks, the Career Development Service has organized a fourth meeting between students of the Faculty of Business Technologies and employer representatives. This initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between the university and the private sector, familiarize students with labor market demands, and facilitate their employment.
As Associate Professor Nato Katamadze, Head of the Career Development Department noted, one of the service’s primary priorities is to create opportunities for students to communicate directly with employers and make informed professional choices.
“Our primary objective is to enable students to select their future jobs easily and without significant effort. The Career Development Service consistently strives to maintain close ties with employers. Our goal is to connect students with as many qualified organizations in the labor market as possible, empowering them to make informed choices.”
