The Rector of the Georgian Technical University expresses condolences on the death of young teacher and researcher Levan Dundua


The Rector of the Georgian Technical University, Academician David Gurgenidze, on behalf of the university community, expresses his sorrow on the death of Levan Dundua, a Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law and International Relations, a member of the Bar Association (general specialization), a lawyer, a young teacher and researcher, and extends his condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and mentors.

“Levan Dundua, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University, unexpectedly passed away at the age of 36. He was an excellent researcher and lawyer, a conscientious teacher who made great efforts to educate the next generation of professionals, a person with outstanding personal qualities, wisdom, and generosity, and love for the university and his colleagues.

He published several scientific papers and monographs. He actively participated in international conferences and symposia. We bid farewell to our dear colleague with great sadness, and on behalf of the university, we express our condolences to Mr. Levan’s family, the Faculty of Law and International Relations, his friends, and students.

May God rest his immortal soul in peace.
