ERIC-GE Project Announces Vacancy for External Evaluator


The project “Strengthening Research and Innovation Capacities in Georgian Higher Education Institutions – ERIC-GE”, funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Program, announces a vacancy for the position of External Evaluator.

The External Evaluator will be responsible for independently assessing the project’s progress, results, quality, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. The evaluation will be conducted in accordance with the OECD DAC evaluation criteria and the objectives, indicators, expected results, and milestones defined in the project’s Grant Agreement.

Applicants must have relevant professional experience in project or program evaluation, as well as expertise in higher education, research and innovation, institutional development, or EU-funded projects. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent English-language report-writing skills.
