According to the Head of the GTU Department of International Relations, the Georgian Technical University is participating in an international mobility project funded by the European Union to deepen international cooperation. According to Tea Murvanidze, the project, which aims to strengthen academic cooperation in the field of higher education, promote international mobility of students and academic staff, share modern educational practices, and deepen the integration process in the European educational space, is coordinated by European universities.

“Within the framework of the project, students and professors of the Georgian Technical University will have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs, international trainings, research activities, and joint academic initiatives. This type of cooperation will significantly contribute to improving the quality of education at the university and sharing international experience. Participation in the ERASMUS+ program is a crucial step towards expanding international partnerships and fostering cooperation with European universities. The project also envisages the introduction of innovative teaching methods, strengthening intercultural dialogue, and creating new academic and research opportunities for the youth.”
